At He Cheng Cheng, we want you to love what you wear. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure you shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

  • Customized or made-to-order garments

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Send us a clear photo of the issue along with your order number, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
